You Do NOT Need 2 Years on Current Job for a Mortgage

hi this is Nick Davis and I literally just had someone leave this exact Lobby that had a misinterpretation of how it underwriting rule works they were under the impression that they had to be on their current job for two years prior to be able to get approved for a loan and that's simply not accurate you do not have to be under current job for two years it's a common misconception industry what occurs is that you have to be gainfully employed so for example people who graduate college they haven't been on their job two years we can they can get along after only receiving you know sometimes one paycheck so therefore the whole misnomer of I got to be on my current job for two years is simply inaccurate now there's a few different niche scenarios such as self-employed bars or commissioned clients there's some fuzz on those type of scenarios but under no circumstances there's some type of general rule that says every consumer out there has got to be on their current job for two years to get approved for a loan if you have any questions about your current job scenario how to get approve despite not working for two years please give us a call we're happy to go over it as always no sales pitches and just straightforward honest information
