Web4Realty PageManager: Real Estate Website Builder

Today, we’re going to be taking a tour of
PageManager. Arguably the best Real Estate Website Management
System in the market! PageManager has a drag-and-drop interface,
allowing you to easily control each and every element of your website. Whether you’re looking to edit some content,
build new pages, blog, or even manage Search Engine Optimization – we’ve got you covered! Okay let’s dive right into it. So you’re going to log right into your AgentPanel
and right at the top you’re going to see an icon for Website. Click on that and you’ve entered PageManager! So you’re going to notice there are four buttons
on the top-right and these buttons have Universal functions. Which means that the changes you make within
these areas will actually affect the whole website. Let’s go through them. You have Design Settings, now this will allow
you to control things like colours, fonts, the footer, and other design elements of your
website. You have Website SEO, which allows you to
control the Global Search Engine Optimization fields of your website. You have the Sort Menu, which allows you to
control the order and hierarchy of your main navigation bar. And lastly, you have the Add Page button which
allows you to add a new page to your website! Whether it’s going to be on the main-menu,
the sub-menu, or hidden entirely from the menu. Now that you understand these universal functions,
we’re going to dive into the main components of PageManager. And I think the best way to do this is to
show you how easy it is to build a beautiful page within PageManager. So once you’re in the system you want to ask
yourself – am I going to edit an existing page that’s already on my website? Or, am I going to add a new page that doesn’t
exist? But in this example, I want to edit an existing
page. And I am going to do that by navigating to
drop-down menu on the left-hand side that will allow me to select the page I want to
edit. And in this case, the page is called Test. Once I click on it, it will load the page
and I can begin editing. So each page can be broken down into sections. And on this particular page we already have
two sections. To enter the editor of each section, you simply
click the pencil icon. Here or here! On top of that, we can move the content around
by using the arrow keys function as you can see in this example. Lastly, each section has a settings option
which looks like a little gear-box. And you can do a lot of cool things here. So in this example, I am going to take the
second section and I am going to change the background colour because I really want this
section to stand out! Now I want to edit some of the existing content
on this page. So to do that we can enter the sections by
using the pencil icon! So when I click the pencil icon, it allows
me to access the content within that section. So all I want to do here is, number one, change
the text that appears on the left-hand side. And just like a Microsoft Word document, I
can go in, make the changes I want, and it’s that easy! Now on the right-hand side, I want to replace
this image with a better image. All I do is again, I can press the ‘x’ icon
to delete the content that’s there. And with the drag-and-drop system, I can add
the widget that I want to put. So here, I want to add an image, so I locate
the image widget and drag-and-drop it and then I can add my image! It’s that easy! Alright so the top section is perfect. And now I want to make some changes to the
second section. You will notice there is some empty space
on the left-hand side and I want to add a video there. So again, i’m going to click on the pencil
button to edit the section. I am going to drag-and-drop the video widget. Beautiful – I am going to paste my link and
voila – a video is now in that section! Now I want to add new content – so I want
to create a new section that doesn’t exist. And it’s as easy as clicking the green button
right at the bottom there that says ‘Add Content’. When you click on that, the system will ask
you: “How do you want this section to be laid out?” So hopefully you’ve pre-planned ahead the
way that you want your content to be placed. In this example I just want to use the 100%
section, I click on that, and now I want to add Listings content. So again, we have my bottom bar here with
all the options. I find that there is a Listings option, and
I am going to drag-and-drop that into the empty space. I am going to set my filter to only show listings
from the city of Oakville that are residential – and I hit save! Alright! This page is looking beautiful. The last thing we gotta do is hit save. And now, let’s take a look at the page! We are going to hit the preview page button,
right up here at the top. And look at that! In literally under a minute we have a beautiful
page that has text, it has images, it has video, and even automatic feeds for listings
in my particular area! Now that you’ve got an awesome real estate
website, you’ll want to start tracking its performance. We’ve made it easier than ever with the Dashboard;
