  1. Great gesture on behalf of Realtor and shame on anybody doing this,, best of luck to mother and family

  2. I think they should help her

  3. Squatters IMO. It was a 'scam' alright. I remember these scams being common 25 or so years back when I lived in FL – nothing new.

  4. i would consider donating until i saw the tattoos. IDC how you defend tattoos like that, youre never going to change the impression it will give forever.

  5. If he real felt bad for this lady he would try and help her

  6. Yep ๐Ÿ‘

  7. If the house is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, then it's a LIE. Too many people get conned by not having common sense. The house is worth almost a million dollars, I bet he probably asked for low rent and a low deposit. Typical scam.

  8. I just uploaded a video and my phone died in the process so now my video is gone so I'll just say this.

When a scammer responds to inquiries, usually the emails go something like this…

" Hello, I am so happy that you're interested in my house. My name is… And I am the owner of this house" (red flag…why state that you're the owner, of COURSE you'd be the owner right? )" I am not working with a property manager, my job transferred me to Texas so I'm looking for someone who will care for my home as if it is their own… To apply for the home please respond with the following information…"

    Name?……
    Address?……
    SSN?…….
    (And so on)

Even though its discouraging that I've run in to yet another scammer online I respond with…

" I would like to see the home, I live in the area and drove by. When are you available to show the house? I'm available now and would like to apply in person"

When they respond with their bullshit this line gets them everytime.

" I actually work in real estate, I have made contact with the actual owner and the home is not currently on the market for sale or for rent. I have reason to believe that you are a part of an organized scam and though I wish you well I am forced as a public servant to report your IP address to the local authorities and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Good luck with everything and I hope you find a way to make an honest living before you end up behind bars."

If you want to skip all of the above, when inquiring about a new residence online simply write " I am interested in this property and would like to walk through. When are you available to show it?"

The response, if any will tell you all you need to know. I hope this helps someone.

    Take careโœŒ

Additional Tips: research the address at the county assessors office. Pay for beenverified.com it's so worth it to have owners names and contact info at your finger tips.

  9. This is why we have prisons

  10. See, this is the PROBLEM with society today…

THEY CANNOT PROCESS THE THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD CAN DO HARM TO OTHERS… BY STEALING $$ FROM THEM OR PHYSICAL ABUSE OR EVEN MURDER…
I KNOW BETTER AND I KNOW THAT THERE ARE EVIL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD THAT WILL HARM OTHERS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM BECAUSE THEY CAN AND WILL …

I AM BLESSED BY GOD TO KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE … AND NOT SIT THERE AND CRY AND ASK HOW CAN SOMEONE DO THIS TO A PERSON … ITS EASY, THEY HAVE NO FEELINGS & NO HEART …

  11. Always use a verified property manager.
