Hi, this is Lance Selgo with Unique Exposure
Photography. And today I’m going to show you how to upload your video
to Realtor.com. If you complete a video shoot with me, you’ll receive a zip
file of a video that is sized appropriately for uploading to Realtor.com.
You’ll need to first make sure that you extract the zip file, so the video
is on your local computer. Once you have your video file ready, you’ll
want to login to the solutions center at solutionscenter.realtor.com. You’ll
need to select your MLS, and enter your MLS identifier, and password. Next
you’ll want to click on the manage listings tab. In the table of your
listings, click on the listing that you want to add the video to, and click
on edit listing. You’ll see under showcase listing enhancements,
a video tours link, click that link. Next under manage my videos, click
on the upload link to the right. You’ll see an option, for a video title
that you may change to something that you would like, as long as
it fits within 42 characters. And then under step 2 where it says select a template,
select the far right version the wide screen 480 by 270, and click
next. Now you need to click the browse button. Navigate
your local computer to find where you extracted the video, click
on it and then select open. You’ll see that your video is listed in the
file box. Click on upload file at the bottom. You’ll be presented with a
status bar, as your video is being uploaded. A couple of different updates
will be shown on the screen, including an adding asset bar. Once complete, it will tell you that the video
will be available for this listing. after it is finished processing.
Select the OK button. You’ll see now that Realtor.com is processing the video.
In a couple of hours buyers will be able to click on the video link, under
the Realtor.com listing and watch your video.
