Mathis, one of the partners at Anderson Business
Advisors and Law group. And I’m here to invite you to learn how to structure your
real estate business. Now here’s something we’ve learned over the last couple decades, and we work with thousands
of real estate agents, it’s that about 80% of them,
about 80% of the agents, operate like this, money comes in, money comes in and the agent, the cash and the business, are all in one big basket. They’re operating all, it’s
like you’re a sole proprietor, everything going into one. And they’re going to overpay
in taxes, on average, somewhere around seven to $10,000 a year. Over the life of their career, that is hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then there’s a group
of, let’s say about 15, probably 15 to 17% of the agents that figured out that you structure your real estate business as a business and you become an
employee of that business, it allows you to save money. And you’ll immediately
increase your net revenue. And then there’s the top agents, and I’m going to say between two and 5%. And I’m just going to write that down. I’m going to just say the top 2%. They realize that as the money comes in, that that business is a
conduit, and it might pay you, but it also may pay for your retirement, it may also have investments,
real estate investments, but these dollars come in and they go out to these different points. And those are the people that figured out that there’s really
three areas to focus on, whenever you’re in real estate. We’re going to go over those three areas when we teach you how to structure your real estate agent business. This will have a dramatic
impact on your entire business, and actually, on these
folks, it’s not even close. Our top agents, we have
some of the top agents in the country, it’s
millions of dollars a year, instead of tens of
thousands of dollars a year. And all that is changing is a mindset, and the ability to serve their clientele. Because they focus on
something very differently than what the typical agent does. We’re going to show you
