Principal, Interest, Tax and Insurance. We’ll enter in a two hundred fifty thousand
dollar loan amount. I use the handy triple zero key. We’ll look at a thirty year term at 5.125 interest. You can get your P+I payment but we’re doing a tax and insurance payment, so we’ll
look at three thousand in annual tax with seven hundred dollars in annual insurance. Just press payment. That’ll give you your P+I payment. One more time on payment we get our PITI payment, and the third press of payment will give you your
interest only payment. The nice thing is if you forget you can press payment
again. It’ll give you your P+I payment and it’ll walk you through all the payment options that you have. If you want to change a variable – let’s
say we are going to keep the same rate but we’re going to look at a different loan
amount of two hundred twenty five thousand. Put that in the loan amount and you just
press payment again. That’s our new P+I payment, PITI and our interest only payment. So you don’t
need to re-enter everything all over. You can just change one of any
