OUR EMPTY NYC APARTMENT TOUR (2-Bedroom / 2-Bathroom) | Lucie Fink

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to my
YouTube channel! Cue door slam. If you’re new here be
sure to click right in the corner and subscribe now… and give this video a
thumbs up if you’re excited to see the inside of our new New York City
apartment! So, if you recently watched my Apartment Search Story video on YouTube,
you know that finding this space was a bit of a long time coming… We were
rejected from two previous apartments before we finally got this one. We’re
just renting so we don’t own this space, but we are really excited because it’s
our first two bedroom apartment together. And it’s also our first newlywed
apartment! So we’re getting married very soon… and this is the space we’re going
to be coming home to after we get married. I just got the keys to this new
space today, so this is my first day in here… so it’s completely empty and bare.
Bear with me on the echoey sound because there are 12 foot ceilings and wooden
floors… so it’s definitely an echoey space when there’s no furniture…
But I wanted to do this apartment tour and show you what the space looks like
completely raw with nothing inside. Because we haven’t designed it yet, and we
haven’t gotten our furniture, and I would love some of your suggestions. So I’m
going to tell you kind of what we’re thinking and what we want to put in each
space… but I would love if you could comment below as we go, and let me know
if you have any other ideas. So, just to orient you, we are in downtown Manhattan
and this is a two-bedroom apartment. It’s about 1,200 square feet, but it’s kind of
difficult to determine exactly how many square feet it is because it’s such an
interesting layout… The entire apartment is a triangle, and as you will see, a lot
of the spaces are very angular… so it’s difficult to determine the exact square
footage… but it’s around 1200. So let’s just get started at the top of the tour!
So when you first walk into the space and you come through the door, you’ll see
that there’s a really cool light fixture right over the door… It kind of looks
like a honeycomb, and it’s got black and gold accents… Very pretty. Next, you’ll see
these double door closets to your left. One thing you’ll notice about all of the
closets, and honestly all of the cabinets in the entire apartment, are that they’re two stories high. So because this is a 12 foot tall space… all of the closets
have a second story of closets on top of them… Which is why you’ll notice that the
absolute only piece of furniture in this apartment right now is this lovely
stepladder. This is going to be the only way we can get to all of our cabinets
and closets. So, now once you’re in the entry space,
you’ll see if you turn left here, you’re in this little triangular nook.
This is kind of just an entry space… It has a lot of natural light. It makes it
so that the moment you walk into the apartment, you really get blasted with
the sunlight, which we love. Our plan right now is to put three bookcases up
against this wall… And we want to put the really tall bookcases that screw into
the wall, so that we don’t have to worry about them tipping over… And then we currently
have a white desk in our apartment that we do a lot of work at and all that… and
even though we do have a second bedroom which is designated as our office, we are
going to put a desk with a little desk chair right under this window. So that’s
our plan for this space… And as you can see, it’s just a big empty triangle. Just
the shape I love… Now, let’s go in to the second bedroom / the office. Closets,
closets, closets… Okay. So, we’re in the second bedroom. This is a very small room. I don’t know how big it looks on camera, but I believe it’s eight feet
across by 10 feet that way… We’re putting some sort of a futon here, and we would
love for it to be a really pretty color… and maybe put some stick on wallpaper on
the wall behind us so that we can accentuate the colors… And then on
the wall to the right when you walk in, we’re gonna put some sort of a leaning desk… This really is designated as the office
space, so we want to make sure we can do our work in here but also have a
couch that turns into a bed so that guests can stay over. As you’ll notice in
this room as well as the other bedroom and the living room, this apartment has
no central air… So there are air-conditioning units in the window, and
these units have a specific remote that you can use to control them to turn them on
when you’re not right next to them. Another thing I love about the second bedroom
is that there’s this bookcase right behind you, and it’s built right into the
wall. So, we have so many books and although we
are assembling those bookcases out in the entry hall… this is really helpful
too for us. So our other plan for this room is…
probably over here along this window… we just want to fill the space with plants
and greenery, and make it super bright and colorful in here. So, this is where I’m
going to leave all of my production equipment… all of my lights, cameras, lenses…
and plants. So, now that we saw the second bedroom, let me show you the second
bathroom. Let’s go. Oh, and these are the closets in
here. So once again, two levels of closets… I can show you what’s in it now… but it’s
basically just all of my stuff from today that I’m trying to hide from
this video… Okay, okay, okay, you’ve seen enough. And once I have my handy-dandy stepladder here,
I’ll be able to open this… And this will be great for storing things
like luggage, and also for storing summer clothes when it’s winter… or winter
clothes when it’s summer. All right. To the second bathroom! So, this is our guest
bathroom… I’m going in. The bathrooms are both kind of small… but I love them
because they’re just very simple. My favorite color palette is marble
white and very light wood… There’s a toilet that flushes really loudly… I wish
I had to pee so I could show you. Maybe I’ll show you later…
And our second bathroom is where the bathtub is. So if you come here you can
see we’ve got a tub, and then we have a nice shower head… and it’s just overall a
nice little second bathroom. I would use it as a first bathroom, but I already
have one. Now we’re back in that entry hall where
we first walked in… So what you’re seeing behind me is my favorite view of the
entire apartment. It really shows you the angular nature of the space, and if you
look really closely you can see that tucked off to the right is the kitchen…
and all the way straight down the lane up ahead of you is the living room. So
now I’m going to take you into the kitchen… This is my favorite room in the
entire apartment. Welcome to my bright white cabinet kitchen. I have never had
bright white cabinets. All of the apartments I’ve lived in in New York
City have had brown cabinets… and finally we have white cabinets.
Come on in! So, as I mentioned with the closets… the kitchen is very compact and
tall. So there are really high cabinets that we do need to step on a step ladder
to get to… but most of the stuff that’s low is really the stuff we’re going to
be using every day. For example, in disguise as a
cabinet, we have a dishwasher… Which is very hard to come by in a lot of New
York City apartments… Especially downtown in pre-war buildings… So I’m very excited
we found this. And our refrigerator also is in disguise as a cabinet… I LOVE
when appliances are in disguise… It’s just one of my favorite things…
Oh! I should have mentioned… I got cupping the other day, which is why you’re seeing
these cup marks… in case you were just seeing my back and thinking that I
slammed it in a perfect circle… No. Here’s the refrigerator, and the one thing that is
in there right now is my iced matcha latte in my glass cup…
I love that the cabinets are this sleek white shiny material… We actually are
getting closets built into the bedroom and they are going to have the same
doors, so it’s going to resemble the kitchen… And if you want to see my
favorite cabinet in here… it’s this one. Whoa… I’ve never had something like this!
Stovetop, oven, microwave… A lot of cabinets… And as I mentioned, there is
overhead lighting in here… So not only is there a little bit of lighting above the
windows, but there’s also lighting on the ceiling, and there’s also lighting under
the cabinets… as such. One of my favorite parts of this is knowing that I’ll be
able to cook at night and have this beautiful almost pinky-orange kitchen
light on me… Very exciting. Okay, so now it’s time to get to the bedroom. If you look
straight ahead behind me, that is the living room… but we’re gonna hang a right
and go to the bedroom first. Here we are in the bedroom! So, we had a
little bit of difficulty figuring out where to put the bed in this space. I
think right now our plan is to put the bed here… Coming out of the window wall. And
the reason we wanted to do that is because when you walk into the room we
wanted to be able to kind of walk straight to the bathroom, not walk around
the bed… We have a dresser already in our current apartment that we’re going to
put off to the side here… And then opposite the bed we’ll put a little TV
stand to put our TV on, and along that back wall on the side is where those
closets that I was mentioning are going to be built. So we went to Ikea and we
ordered that pack system of closets, and they’re going to be built all along that
wall and basically give us some additional closet space… even though, as
you will see, we do have a walk-in closet! Now onto the master bathroom… For the
first time in New York City, we have a glass shower door. Wow…
So this is our shower… It slides like this… And my favorite part about this shower is that there’s a giant rain head. So it’s totally just right on top of you, and it just rains down on you… And then I’m gonna open this cabinet for you… and show you that we have a medicine cabinet
in here… There’s also a few drawers, a beautiful sink… And that’s the bathroom.
So now that you’ve seen the master bedroom and bathroom, I’m going to take
you to see the walk-in closet that actually has a washer and dryer in it.
Let’s go. Here’s our walk-in closet… I’m walking in…
This is great because it comes with some of these shelves assembled that has extra
hanging space, and obviously extra shelves… and this washer/dryer, man…
I mean I have never had my own washer dryer in my life, let alone in New York
City… So when I saw this I was just… “You mean I get to just throw my underwear in
the washer dryer… at any time that I please? WOW! How exciting!” So this is my
new best friend in the apartment. I am very excited to wash and dry. And now we are off
to my actual favorite room in the apartment… even though I’ve pretty much said
that every room is my favorite… The living room. This is a beautiful space
with windows on three sides of the room… I just can’t believe we found a space
that has this many windows. In the living room, the way we plan on decorating this
space is we’re gonna put an L-shaped couch like this along this back wall and
along this corner… This L-shaped couch will have a coffee table in front of it,
and we’re going to put a TV stand and a TV opposite it right under that window…
And then our plan is to use the very back of this living room space as a
dining nook. So we’re going to get a dining table, four chairs… We’ll
probably try to get a table that can seat more than four people in case we have guests over… but I guess, you know, it’s not that big of a space… so we’ll have to
keep it as compact as possible… And if we can find one that’s the right size, we
would love to get one of those buffet tables that we can keep just tucked
under the back window there, in case we want to keep extra dishes or cups in it
so we don’t have to keep getting up and go to the kitchen when we’re setting the
table. Our plan right now is, against this back wall where the back of the couch is gonna go… wallpaper the entire thing with a very modern, geometric wallpaper. We think
it will work really nicely with the rug that we’ve picked out for the living
room… which is kind of retro and kind of a mid-century modern… My absolute
favorite thing about all these windows is that the ledges are really, really
deep… so if you follow me the front window, this is what I’m going to be
doing every single morning. And my absolute favorite view in the entire
apartment is the Empire State Building that you’re seeing behind me… SO BEAUTIFUL. This is where I’m basically going to have my coffee every morning,
and just sit and look out on the city, and just be so grateful that we are
moving into this beautiful space. So we just formally got the keys to this space,
but I have had access to this apartment for the past couple of weeks, and every
single time I come… whether it’s just to check it out, or do a little bit of
cleaning… I’ve parked myself right here in my favorite window, I’ve popped in my
headphones, and I’ve started listening to some audiobooks on Audible. And this video is
actually sponsored by Audible! This is a partnership that I’m so
excited about, because not only have I been on a major audio book kick lately…
but I’m also giving you the chance to get your first audio book for FREE, plus
two Audible Originals when you try Audible for 30 days.
Audible Originals are exclusive audio titles created by celebrated writers
of everything from journalism and literature, to theater and comedy… And these are only
available on Audible. So visit audible.com/LucieFink… Or text “LUCIEFINK” to 500-500 to

the more and more content that’s going to help me eliminate all of the excess clutter and
noise in my life, and really spend my time and energy in all the right places.
My assistant recommended Essentialism by Greg McKeown, and it’s been amazing to
just pop in my headphones and then go about doing what I need to do, knowing
that I’m in taking information that’s going to make me both more mindful in my
personal life and more efficient in my professional life. I personally love the
speed control feature since I tend to try and take in as much information as I
can in as short a time as possible… So sometimes I speed up the narrations. But
other times I do want to feel less rushed, so I’ll make the narration slower…

  1. What a stunning apartment! It's beautiful. Except for the washer/dryer thing. I couldn't see the point of the extra wardrobe etc in the bedroom, till I saw the actual walk-in wardrobe. Which isn't a wardrobe really, is it? Its laundry room, surely? That's a bit weird, IMO. Why not put it in the empty area when you walk in the apartment.? In a cupboard. All that storage in the apartment, but the washer/dryer are in your bedroom? I just don't get that design. Wet washing and all the fluff that come off the dryer, in your wardrobe? Strange.

  2. It’s so cute to see you so excited about your new place. Enjoy the moment!

  3. RIP my ears during the glass shower door portion. The hugest annoyance as a viewer is when the volume for the speaking portion is low, so I have to turn it up, but then some sound/music clips are inserted and isn’t balanced (is that the right term?) to match and it destroys my ear drums. Lots of Youtubers do this in their videos unfortunately and I wish I could say this to everyone lol

Otherwise a very nice apartment tour! It looks lovely.

  4. Lucy what lengths are your necklaces? 15in and 16? they look cute together. (Ps I jumped a mile when that music came on with you in the shower haha)

  5. Gorgeous ❗️❗️❗️❗️👍🏻👌🏻🤗💞🤗🎊

  6. This apartment is so unbelievable. I am currently looking for a space in NYC and even though I imagine my price range is much lower then both of yours it is so hard watching this video because at this point I am happy to have a closet in a place in manhattan. Just one single closet for myself. Also the lights and views and location of this apartment is to die for. I can just tell by the view your location is unbelievable. Honestly congrats for working for such an amazing space I hope you guys truly feel at home in it.

  7. 💖💖💖💖💖😍😍😍😍😍😱😱😱😱💙🔥💙💙💙💙💙💙🧡🧡🧡🖤🖤🖤🖤

  8. If you HAD to typecast her style/aesthetic what would you call it?

  9. Cool space! How about planning a sitting area in your entryway where you and your guests can take shoes and accessories on and off… that would be helpful, 😃

  10. Love the apartment, Lucie!
Personally, I wouldn’t keep the couch in the living room against those windows but instead place it in the middle of the room facing the wall you wanted to have a wallpaper on and have the tv on that wall instead. Secondly, I strongly suggest to make the entrance room as your dining room since it is so close to the kitchen and keep that desk in the second bedroom instead so you can keep a nice and cozy chair at the nook in your living room. As someone in the comments mentioned, the placement of your bed against the window means all the noise from the ac is gonna be right near your head and if you ever decide to open the windows, all the dust is gonna be on your bed. I would’ve put the bed against the wall you’re building your closet on but now that that’s not possible, I’d keep it against the opposite wall i.e. the left wall when you enter the room and maybe get the angular tv stand thingy. These were just some of my thoughts. I absolutely love the unique shape of the apartment and can’t wait to see how you decorate it x

  11. You should collab with the sorry girls! They are doing a new series on their channel where they design a space, give you all the steps and where to buy supplies and then you see it through. Would be super cool.

  12. You should put a cushion, pillows, and a throw in your coffee drinking window ledge space to make it more cozy, maybe even hand some fairy lights or a garland there or decorate for the seasons/holidays to make it more cozy! 🙂

  13. Love it. Please reconsider covering windows (even partially) with TVs or beds though! It’s bad Feng Shui (and it also diminishes all the effort put into styling!)🤞🌈

  14. I think the first room off the entry/neighboring the kitchen should be the dining room 🙂

  15. Definitely keep the living room the living room and make that front space the dining room instead of a second unneeded office. This house would look so great with bright colored furniture and I would leave most of the white walls alone as it will keep it bright and airy.

  16. Congraaaats! Love the space and your ideas. If I were you, I would absolutely put a round dining table to soften the angles and make the sofa face the big wall. By doing that, the entertainment center/console will be on the wall and off the window =unobstructed city views!!!

  17. Oh my god Lucie… Use the entrance room as a dining room/open office concept. Keep the bookshelfs… But put a biiiiig rectangular woooden table in the center, with 8 chairs. That way you can use it for dinners with friends, and it would be sooo convenient and comfortable and spacious… But during the day you can have people over to work and have meetings, and do projects. So please dont do the dining nook in the living room, do a big dining room and use the nook for a cozy reading nook. Its a more efficient use of the space this way.

  18. This looks like it’s inside the flatiron building, which would be insane

  19. I bet you can get great suggestions from a feng-shui expert for your apartment's one of a kind layout 🙂 It will boost a positive flow of energy and bring good luck. But that's just me. Whatever you do, it will be fabulous!!

  20. You should also consider leaving the big window corridor free… Its more aestetically appealing. Maybe consider putting the tv on the wallpaper wall (dont to wallpaper, just hang a few artpieces, to make it seem like a gallery).. And have the couch facing that wall, with two armchairs and lamps. And in the back (wich wouod seem like another room, do a reading nook)

  21. I also agree about the bedroom situatuon… No build in wardrobe, but a bed with build in cabinets. And leave the bed facing the windowwwws, not facing a wall! Also a tv there would force you to put curtains up, wich is annoying with those fabulous windows.
I also agree about the wallpaper in the studio room… You should leave it bank, or chose a not so chaotic wallpaper…

  22. Loveee that space omg!
My boyfriend and I are moving September first into our first 2 bedroom apartment AND there’s a washer and dryer too!! I am soo excited
Can’t wait to see you decorate

  23. Great apartment! You might reconsider the bed location due to the heating vents will be blowing behind your head and will dry you out as you sleep. Try placing up against a solid wall and maybe off-center to create a walking path.

  24. How much does this apartment cost in nyc, 1200 sq at lease 800- 1mill or more?

  25. I LOVEEEEEE IT 😭❤️ I would love a place like this

  26. Amazon is burning!

  27. Omygosh!!! I love your apartment!😍😍😍

    Hi guys tiny YouTuber here!🙈🧡

  28. How much a month?! 7,000?!

  29. I thought it would be cooler if the TV is placed against the wall instead of the couch , with a long dinning table near the windows

  30. I love the apartment! The triangular shape makes it fun. I think a round table would work well in the dining nook.

  31. whoah, so you’re allowed put up wallpaper and install bookshelves? In the uk the landlord doesn’t even let you put up photos 😂

  32. Is anyone else wondering how much the monthly rent is for this amazing apartment?! my guess: 5000$ (is that even enough?!) I have no clue about prices in NYC….who knows better? 🙂

  33. Such an interesting space! Can't wait to see how you decorate it – congratulations😊

  34. This apartment is unreal. I love it!

  35. I was thinking maybe in one of the window's sills you could make it a reading nook with a couple of pillows and maybe a small blanket that you can fold up to spice it up

  36. MR KATE HAS TO DECORATE UR SPACE PLSSSS 💖

and congratulations for ur space 💗

  37. Lucie and Michael, congrats on your gorgeous apartment and so much excitement with the wedding countdown. Wonderful start to a happy life!

  38. How much is this apartment? I’ve been dying to live downtown but all I can afford is a closet…

  39. FINALLY !!!

  40. have you heard of a double hanging closet rod?? it hangs on the closet rod so you can fit a lot more!

  41. I feel like there’s so much storage in that apartment…. why would you need more closet space

  42. Wow, this apartment is GORGEOUS. Congrats :)) (I know you’re renting, didn’t buy, but STILL)

  43. What if instead of the three bookshelves you put a bigger bookshelf that has lots of cool ways to divide the space, and a chair in the corner of the triangle so you can read? You could keep your leisure books in that corner, and your work books in the second bedroom/office.

  44. I have those exact same shiny white closet sets from IKEA in my house for years. They looked great for the first few years and then the doors swing system started to get weak in the doors begun to fall off. I loved how they look if you want to put them up but I would recommend getting maybe a stronger hold hinge because the doors are super heavy and the closet fake wood frame is a little too cheap to hold the system up.

  45. I feel like the living + dining room might be crowded and cramped if you put the table in the corner. You could put the couch near the little corner and get either a detachable L-shaped couch (so the small part of the "L" fits in the nook), or one that just fits already. Place the dining table near the wall you were referring to for the wallpaper; I think this layout would give you all more space and more flow.

  46. Lucie, I love your backpack! where is it from, you should do what's in your NYC bag video. Also, I love the modern-retro aesthetic you might have going on, popping a few rich jewel tones (eggplant, jade green, gold) will really accentuate that vibe. And don't be afraid to view blush pink or light blue as neutrals 😂

  47. you need to go see waiters as a date night colleen ballinger is dawn the waiters

  48. Triangle apt 🙌🏻

  49. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

  50. Please get advice from an expert. I'm sorry, but your furniture layout and ideas are completely wrong.

  51. Thank you for inserting the faux furniture!! There's empty tours can be so dry and that spiced it up and held my attention.

  52. U should get Mr.Kate to design ur space💗😍😍

  53. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I’m sure you’ve already made your decision, but have you thought about the dining room being in the room where the book cases will go?

  54. This looks like it is in a flat iron building!!

  55. It literally blows my mind that not having a washing machine is standard in New York! It's such a great apartment, and wonderful to see how excited you are to live there. I love Audible so much, if you ever want a pick me up then I highly recommend Mary Poppins, it's so fun!

  56. Definitely use the entry way space as a dining area for these reasons
    1. You have a huge book shelf in the 2nd room. Plus you know books could be well hidden in places just like your 1st apartment. So there's no need for that huge space to be designated just for book shelves. Make more use out of it.
    2. You'd free up much space needed in the living room, perhaps a reading/ relaxation nook.
    3. A gallery wall with your pictures would personalize the space so much.
So happy for your new fresh start, you deserve the best.
    Love from Egypt ❤️

  57. for the second bedroom / office, what about a murphy bed desk combo, the bed out of the way when not needed and the desk just folds out of way, when bed is needed ?

  58. Love the bathroom walls!!

  59. I just want to see you make your favorite space in the window a cozy space with blankets and a cushion and pillows because that is MY childhood dream. A reading nook in a window seat.

  60. You should get the Ikea footstands and paint them in cute colors , they are perfect to reach high closets

  61. Your info is incredibly fascinating.

  62. beautiful apartment 🙂 would love to see your home reveal when its done! Also, you always have very cute clothes, what brands do you wear? thx!

  63. Who lived there before you, the Jolly Green Giant? 👌

  64. OMG what an awesome place! Looks like a cool apartment from the future! Can't wait to see how you decorate it!

  65. You should put a circular table in the entry for a dining room!

  66. I absolutely love window seats and with that amazing view I would try to get some cushions or you could even make them yourself for a perfect coffee drinking and pizza eating space!

Oh, and to really maximize sunlight, try putting a mirror across from one of the windows!

  67. Recently moved into a new place. It has washer & dryer in unit. Most amazing thing ever.

  68. Lol, that underwear throwing made me jump! :OD That is such an interesting and exciting place/space to work and live in!!! Can't wait to see the plants in your office and the geometric rug especially. X

  69. Omg love u so much u inspire me daily can u please respond to my comment it would mean the world to me

  70. Awesome. Awesome. Huge floor pant in front of one of the windows.

  71. Did she mention how much rent was?

  72. I like it there a lot of room.

  73. LOVE this space ! Congrats & Welcome Home, Lucie & Michael ! I know you’ll be very happy here ! So spacious, but not too much to care for. Living the Dream ! Well done ! That geometric wall pattern for l’rm looks a bit cold & harsh ( & loud!) to me tho. Maybe a round mandala pattern ?? I’m not much of a decorator tho. But that to me does not look too relaxing. You can have “modern / edgy “ outside in The Big Apple !! Have a beautiful Wedding !

  74. You can tell how excited you are about this apartment! It’s so nice.. I’m currently watching it again

  75. I love all the windows!!! Great for plants (: Also, the white walls with the black detail around the windows make it look so sleek. The floor gives me a farmhouse feel and I think it will look great with all the furniture in <3

  76. Yay ikea kitchen!!! Love it 😁

  77. I'm not crazy about the idea of beds against windows but I also dont favor walking into a room next to the bed I like to see it displayed towards me in some way. I think it just gives a better flow to the room

  78. If you put the cabinet under that favorite window that will make it harder for you to crawl into. I would rather leave it open underneath and see that be a reading book with cushions. Just get a little bar cart put it next to the tv spot!

  79. If you do the entry room as the dining room you can use the extra space in the living room for some statement chairs on each side of the couch. Extra seating for all of the friends.

  80. The idea of the statement wall in the living room is growing on me. I do love the all white, so I do think keep it light with the statement wall not too much bright color keep it more neutral or grays/ tans/ pastel. It will keep it interchangeable and you can just add colors with pillows or accessories. Guests will love taking pictures with that as a background

  81. Another point to putting dinner room in entry is you keep the living room more open and grand. Leaves room so you can do your yoga in there instead of in one of the smaller rooms.

  82. Definitely design or wallpaper in desk room for a good background for shooting!

  83. You'll need curtains for the living room to block out some of that awesome light and watch movies and TV without a glare

  84. Love love love the space! Becoming is fantastic! But also check out A Discovery Of Witches. It's such a great book and the narration is magical. It's part history, part romance, part fantasy, part history of science. It's soooo good.

  85. Such a unique space. Can't wait to see what fun things you do with it!

  86. That apartment has the perfect condition for an at home bowling alley! NIce

  87. You are just the cutest! Best wishes to you both!

  88. I feel ok after gallbladder surgery? My wife needs it now. How I found channel. Did life change after? Feel better? Should she do it?

  89. Pre-war with a dishwasher and washer and dryer!!!!!! This is an amazing find!

  90. But how much is it a month?

  91. Wow you look very spankable.

  92. I really love how creative this space is!!!!

    My tips:

Make sure the 3 bookshelves are narrow and minimal so they don’t add to much visual weight to the wall when you’re first walking in. It’d be nice to have a statement bench there (maybe instead of the desk) with a floor lamp, floor mirror and side/console table for keys etc.

Dining table can be an expandable one with leaves

Add some c side tables to the office so even at the sofa you have a work surface.

Don’t forget to really play with scale in the art with all that wall space and ceiling height you’re workin with 😉

  93. I never have a like 🙁

  94. i feel poor

  95. Stick on wall paper is super tacky; just get some nice gauzy curtains that still let in light but class things up, and then find interesting bits to hang on the walls.

  96. Congratulations on that beautiful and spacious apartment. I hope you enjoy many happy and productive years there. Your ideas are great. I love the wallpaper in the second bedroom/office and the living room. I'm in awe of those closets, so much storage and that amazing kitchen, wow. Please keep us updated as you decorate. It is lovely and you are so sweet and happy, love your vibe.
