Managing Your Real Estate Agents | BrokerSumo


In this short video, we’re gonna take a look
at how easy it is to manage your real estate agents and all of their information. From the navigation on the left, click “agents”
and then click the “view agents” link. This will bring up a list of all of the agents
you have in your system. You will be able to see their name, what commission
plan they’re on, their start date, their office location, as well as their real estate license
expiration and whether they’re active or not. When you’re ready to edit the agent’s record,
just click the little edit icon. The first page is the agent profile, which
includes all of their personal information, the status of their onboarding package, their
employment information such as when they started and what office location they’re apart of
and their real estate license information. Next, we’ll look at the banking and credit
card tab. This is where if you’re billing your agent’s
monthly or using the direct deposit feature, you’ll be able to edit their financial information. Next is commission plans and fees. This will show you what commission plan they’re
on. You can customize the levels for this specific
agent and you can add additional closing fees, such as E&O insurance, or a franchise fee. And this fees will be billed to the agent
at closing. Next, we will look at the commission log. This will show a list of all of the agent’s
deals, how many deals they have, the total gross commission, and the total sales volume. You’ll also be able to see which deals the
agent has been paid on. Next is the agent billing tab. This is where you can set up recurring monthly billing items, such as desk fees or technology fees And you can set a monthly date for those fees
to be charged. To activate this feature, go to the settings
tab on the left side navigation and click the link “credit cards.” This will allow you to set up your account
so you can begin accepting credit cards. The next tab is the billing log. Any monthly fees that you’ve charged your
agent will be shown here. And last, is the documents tab. Any documents uploaded into the platform when
your agent was onboarded will be shown here. You’ll be able to view copies of them, save
them on your computer, or print them. And that’s how you manage your agents with
BrokerSumo.
