Manage Transactions in Online Express Bill Pay

Pay video. 0:00:17.000,0:00:23.066 In this video, I’m going to show you how to
download and manage your bill payment transactions in Student Billing. 0:00:23.066,0:00:33.033 After payers submit the student bill payment,
in Student Billing, payments waiting to be downloaded and processed appear
in the upper left corner. 0:00:33.033,0:00:46.033 Here’s a helpful tip, to refresh and get latest
transactions more quickly, in the navigation bar, click the Online Express
Bill Pay link again. 0:00:46.033,0:00:57.000 To get started, let’s open the Manage Online
Express Bill Pay Transactions screen. The screen opens to the Add to Deposit(s)
and Process tab. 0:00:57.000,0:01:09.033 When you manage transactions in Bill Pay,
you can filter by date and payment method in order to create deposits
or add transactions to an existing deposit. 0:01:09.033,0:01:24.066 As a helpful tip of when to add transactions
to a deposit, some schools choose to use their settlement report and
bank statements to see what’s already been dispersed before they create
deposits and run Fast! 0:01:24.066,0:01:32.000 To create or add to a deposit, under Undeposited
Transactions Table, select the transactions to group together. 0:01:32.000,0:01:42.033 As you select transactions, notice the Summary
of Selected Transactions to review a total of your grouping. 0:01:42.033,0:01:48.000 Then, click Add selected to New Deposit or
Add selected to Existing Deposit. 0:01:48.000,0:02:00.000 If you add to a new deposit, you can edit
information about the deposit before you Save and Close. 0:02:00.000,0:02:11.033 When you Save and Close, the deposit moves
down to the List of Deposits to Process and the transactions no
longer appear in the Undeposited Transactions table. 0:02:11.033,0:02:22.033 One great tip is that you have not processed
the transactions yet so you can review your deposits again before you
process the deposits to create payments with Fast! 0:02:22.033,0:02:28.033 You can double-click the deposit to review
the included transactions. You can remove transactions from the deposit. 0:02:28.033,0:02:43.066 And, if you forgot to add a transaction to
a deposit in your List of Deposits to Process you can even select a
transaction in the Undeposited Transaction Table and quickly add it with
the Add to this Deposit button. 0:02:43.066,0:02:47.066 When you are ready to create payments with
Fast!, click Continue to Fast! 0:02:47.066,0:02:54.066 The Fast screen appears and you can again,
review your deposit before you click the Commit Records button. 0:02:54.066,0:03:00.066 If you want to edit details about the deposit
or transactions, you do not edit them in Fast! 0:03:00.066,0:03:09.000 Close this window before you commit records,
and return to the Manage Online Express Bill Pay transactions screen,
and make your edits there. 0:03:09.000,0:03:31.066 After you click Commit Records in Fast!, you
can create a static query, and then your records process. 0:03:31.066,0:03:36.033 When complete, review if your records committed
correctly and click Continue. 0:03:36.033,0:03:45.066 You return to the Manage Online Express Bill
Pay Transactions screen but now you can see the Review Committed Payments
tab to review your payments. 0:03:45.066,0:03:49.000 Each payment created appears as a separate
row. 0:03:49.000,0:03:56.033 Double-click a payment or select the payment
and click Open to review the payment record for the online bill payment
transaction. 0:03:56.033,0:04:01.033 You can make adjustments as needed. 0:04:01.033,0:04:05.000 You can also review recently committed deposits
from the main Online Express Bill Pay page. 0:04:05.000,0:04:11.000 The Recently committed deposits appear under
