my name is Jeff Landreville I am a
luxury real estate agent in West Hollywood representing plg estates originally I’m from the South Shore of
Massachusetts and moved to Southern California roughly four and a half years
ago I have about five-and-a-half years of sales experience I continuously study
the psychology of sales and personality traits so I know exactly how to
communicate with my clients just before I dove into real estate I previously
worked for a international real estate coaching company talking to agents all
over the country I quickly saw a pattern of what they weren’t doing for their own
business and what they weren’t doing for their clients and I’m always trying to
learn new things when it comes to branding and marketing that creates a
degree of separation between me and everybody else
naturally I’m very tenacious and persistent I always keep a hundred
percent focus on my business when representing a buyer or seller I’m a
firm believer in not cutting corners and to be honest I’m actually very hard on
myself when it comes to growing my business I had previously worked for a
digital marketing firm where I obtained certification from digital marketer
themselves when it comes to marketing my own brand let alone a listing I know
everything on the back end the algorithms when to put the ads up how
much to spend demographic so I’d be able to get your listing in front of as many
eyeballs as possible when it comes to content creation I’m also hot all this
my equipment I do my own shooting lighting audio because I want everybody to know that if
I’m going out to these lengths or just brand myself imagine what I could do for
your list a lot of agents out there promise and underperform just let you
know how serious I am I was up at 3 in the morning and half the brokerage by 5
and I’m not just talking smack there are a lot of great agents out there agents
that I look up to and if you were looking for an agent to represent you as
a buyer or your listing I would advise you to look at your options but look at
everything that they’re doing 87% of agents fail within the first three years
because they’re unconsciously incompetent the practicing old outdated
techniques or they’re just lazy I am a one-stop-shop when it comes to rapport
building sales negotiations marketing and branding because I know in my heart
if I want to be the best I have that work the best I’m not in this career
just to be another statistic anybody has any questions I’m always available and
I’m extremely responsive because I know if I was buying a solid my luxury
property I won’t want the respect and attention did I deserve
