How to Renew a Rhode Island Real Estate License

How to Renew a Rhode Island Real Estate License

Rhode Island real estate brokers and agents,
this video is for you. In this video I am going to walk you through
everything you need to know about renewing your real estate license. In some states the requirements for brokers
and agents are different. Here in Rhode Island, except for the renewal
fees, they are pretty much the same. Both agents and brokers need to complete 24
credit hours of continuing ed and six of those hours need to be Core topics which are specifically
approved by the state. Core topics are clearly identified in the
title or description of the course and all of this has to be done by April 30th this
year. Make sure the state receives your renewal
by April 30th (2018) or you will be subject to a $100 late fee that you pay with a check
made out to The Rhode Island General Treasurer. My name is Jeff Weiss and I am the owner of
the Rhode Island approved real estate school, Keep Me Certified. Here at Keep Me Certified our 24 credit online
course not only includes the Core topics you need, but we also provide the Code of Ethics
course which fulfills the education requirements for members of the National Association of
Realtors. Even better is that all of our Rhode Island
course topics are video based. You can watch our course videos form any device
including your iPhone and iPad at your own pace. Click, watch, and print out your certificates. It really is that simple. So head on over to keepmecertified.com to
learn more about our course topics. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate
to reach out. Again, my name is Jeff and I hope to see you
in our online classroom soon.
