Hi I’m Adrienne, and I’m Attilio today we want to talk to you about a special event coming up. The main topic being: what’s happening in Hawaii real estate in 2017. This is the CCIM Annual Forecast event to be held at the Hawaii Convention Center – CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. The event takes place Friday, February 3rd 2017 from 8 am to 11 am. Paul Brewbaker – local economist will be one of the speakers – topics to include forecast for industrial, investment, office, retail, and residential real estate. Check out the link below to RSVP. Parking and breakfast are included. With us today we have the president of the CCIM Hawaii chapter Anthony Provenzano who also has his broker designation and is the Senior Vice President for Sophos Realty. So Anthony, what would be the top three reasons for attending this event? Networking with over 600 industry professionals. Learn where the industry experts see their specialty going in 2017. An overall understanding of the economy and real estate for 2017. Alright second question, what changes have you made to the presentation format to make it more engaging? Well in prior years speakers made 10 to 15 minute presentations and questions and answers were at the end of the program. This year we will limit the slide presentations to two three slides. The moderator along with audience will be able to ask questions at the time of the presentations. Last question, what is the mission statement of the CCIM board? The mission statement is to provide the best commercial and investment real estate education and services, which afford members a unique competitive advantage in the marketplace and recognition of the designation as a hallmark of competency, integrity, and professionalism in the industry. Great again don’t miss the opportunity to attend one of the largest events of the year for those who want to be in the know regarding our local real estate market. Again, you can register at the link below. Thanks and aloha!
