Architectural Design Process
I moved in two weeks ago and have been dealing with ants in every room… Please see review #700382 on PissedConsumer.com
I'm having an issue with my apartment complex right now also. It's called Carrington Place Appartments in Boerne, TX. This is a property owned by Greystar as well. A water pipe burst in the upstairs apartment which caused my apartment walls to be saturated with water. The carpet in my daughter's room was completely saturated. Despite my repeated request to have this issue fixed it took them over two months to half ass fix the problem. All they did was had a guy come out to try and dry up the walls and clean the carpets. After they did this, both room still smelled like mold. I asked them to have a professional conduct a mold test and they refused to have this done, they simply said, we don't think there's any mold in there. After having my attorney write them a letter, they refused to speak to me about anything. My rent for March was expected to be behind because I was involved in a car accident which left me disabled with two herniated disks in my neck. I had been asking the management to simply give me a total balance owed so I could pay for the month of march before month end, they refused to give me this information. Now today I got a notice on my door that they are evicting me and want me out of my apartment within 3 days! I'm disabled right now, I can't lift over 20 lbs and they're demanding that I find a new place to live, pack my stuff and get out, all because of a mold issue that they failed to correct. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will be taking them to court on this issue. If anyone else has faced a similar issue with Greystar Properties, please let me know. I would love to get a class action suit going against them for this crap their pulling on people.
