Difference Between Deeded & Leased Timeshare Contract – Do They Expire?

That’s my timeshare expire This will just depend on whether or not the time sure you purchased is a dated timeshare or a leased Timeshare so if it’s a dated time sure that means that you own it in perpetuity Kind of the same as if you were to have purchased properties, so you own it You can do it you want with it? You can sell it. You can rent it out You can keep it and pass it on to your heirs And then the second type which is the least type What that means is the company still owns it you are just leasing it out So depending on the company that you leased it from will depend on the amount of years that you can use it for So some of them are short terms some of them are long term, so make sure before Purchasing a timeshare that you do the work to find out exactly What it is that you’re getting and how long you can use it for?
