CRH Ross Bridges Pt 4 | Team Bridges | Oakville Real Estate

Welcome back, so I did talk a little
earlier about strategizing, and a lot goes into that as a team – as we do a lot
of coordinating and ensuring that we have everything in place. Everything from
our stager, to our home inspector – and we’ll talk a lot more about the home
inspection process and in another clip. But when it comes down to it, first of
all, we’re looking at the product – which is the house or if we’re working with a
buyer then we’re looking at what what’s going to be their best future
product for what they’re going to be buying. So breaking it down into their
major focus – is it looking for schools, is it more the home, is it
the combination of the the right pocket, the right district where they want to
grow and spread their wings. So what we do, is we will basically treat
each client as almost like a case in terms of that we want to break them down to
say ‘this is what’s best for them’, and then making sure that we are the
students, and we’re learning from them and absorbing as much as what they want – and ensuring that we’re doing a lot more listening and a lot less talking. Just
going throughs slight flood plains here don’t mind me I don’t know if I can make that guys… okay excuse me, speed bump there…
When it comes down to it, we look at everything on an individual basis and
sometimes it takes a little bit of time to really get a feel for the client
and how quickly trust – we talk about the speed of trust and I’m a
very quick to trust individual, maybe somebody like Jenn on our team is not so
much. But that’s where we complement one another in terms of looking at the ins
and outs of each individual. Even when it comes down to a wife and a
husband, there might be a huge separation between what they’re both looking for,
and it’s just like a good marriage you’re looking for compromise, you’re
looking to find that consistency among what’s going to be best for them. So we built a really strong team of amazing trades and amazing people in the
industries. Our stager Beth, who we’ve been working with for a while now –
she also does interior design and live-edge and she does a lot in
terms of decluttering, helping seniors. So whether it’s people that are first-time
buyers or they’re selling their dream home
and they’re downsizing to a condo, we really do have to look at the ins and outs.
And sometimes it takes years for clients before they finally pull the trigger on
making a move. Some people think that the average house sells in a
week, well sometimes it takes a year or two of communication before that process
starts. I’ve had clients where it’s taken them two or three years before
they pulled the trigger on buying a home. We could talk about the psyche of
buying a home before selling or selling before buying in this market
that we’re in now, and in the middle of June after what’s happened – after all the
legislative announcements on April 21st – and how it’s basically changed from
a strong seller’s market to a balanced market almost overnight. So we really do
have to keep our finger on the pulse and ensure that we are looking out for the
best interests of the consumer as it changes quickly, and giving them the
insight so they can make their own decisions for themselves. We’re going to
provide them as much as we possibly can, and the customer care to ensure that they
get exactly what they deserve.
