CRH Ross Bridges Pt 3 | Team Bridges | Oakville Real Estate

Welcome back everyone, Ross Bridges here.
When I first started in real estate, I realized that in order to give the best
customer care to a lot of people – if you have a lot of clients on the go, or even
one for that matter – that you need to have support systems, and you need to have
people that you can rely on. Also that you’re only as good as your weakest
link when it comes to the customer care, and one of the things that we really
pride ourselves on as a team is being strategists, and ensuring that we’re
looking out for every angle. I’ll miss things, but when we talk things out as a team, more things come to light, and you see the difference between a psychology of a male and a female – the
understanding of what makes sense. Everything from the emotions of a young
family to people going through retirement as well, so I decided I
had to build a team, and I actually have been building a team now for five years –
the infrastructure, the systems, having everything in place. About four
years ago now I was fortunate enough to team up with a Jenn Sumonja, who’s now been
working with me on the team for over four years, and she is a proud mother of
three, but she’s also a second-generation real estate agent. We talk things out and we make sure that we’re really looking out for what’s best
for our buyers and/or sellers depending on who we have on the go, to look at all
the details, just to make sure that we’re getting everything in place that
we need to have. A cool little story is I was referred to a client by the name of
Erin Rain and her husband Chris and she ended up buying a house from me, and was
looking for a part-time job as she was reentering the workforce. So she
came on his administrator onto our team, and then over the last year and a half,
she worked towards having her license. So, she has grass roots, a sales
representative within our team and someone that I’ve become very dependent
on as well too. Knowing that I can put either one of these women in front of
any of our clients and know that they’re going to get the best customer care. Also over the last six months, we’ve started with a new assistant – Rachel
Yarrington – who does a lot of work behind the scenes in terms of the marketing, how
we’re doing more with YouTube and Facebook than we ever have before. Social media –
like what I’m doing right now – has helped differentiate where we need to go, and to
make sure that we’re seeing the consumer, and they get to know who we are, so that
we can see them face to face. Whether it’s through video or in time,
and I’ll talk more about the team and building a strong team in the next
segment.
