Apartment tour & my monthly budget: Chiang Mai, Thailand 2019 // Bruno Unframed v008

oh hey how’s it go? what are you doing
here? just going home for lunch come on inside. Don’t want to get hit by a car.
oh I guess I should probably bring you sorry about that let me get a bag
alright let’s go inside yes
car right here right just a finger reader no pets allowed but
they still let me live here alright let’s gonna take a look at the
pool area the water is usually pretty clean it’s kind of been windy so there’s
less stuff in it now let’s take a little look-see with the GoPro see how the
water looks I think it looks alright alright there’s a building usually
blocking the water from the Sun and there’s a nice little sauna here right
there a nice dip going there there’s also old gym I haven’t used and
I probably should let’s go into my place take a look on the inside
I live on the second floor I normally take these stairs
but today would be fancy I’ll take the elevator, that is OK go to the second floor I’ve been here
for almost no over six months I’ve been here so far I like it a lot a nice
little area plenty to do there’s a legal shopping center nearby here’s a cinema
you know is like really nice restaurants and stuff like then also there’s a lot
of like little local places you know local Thai food and live bands beer
I’ll let good stuff nice from ice and those two my slippers this is the place
this is where it all happens my home alright so here the unit has a
washer and dryer which is which is very nice have a sink of course have a fridge
not a full size but pretty good size I eat a lot a 35-millimeter film drink a
lotta almond milk no soy an iced soy boy eat a lot of bananas and dragon fruit
drink a lot of coffee and water so unit has a microwave a lot of cabinets no
oven you can’t do any cooking here there’s no balcony so you can’t do any
cooking or anything like that this is my little work area my computer and all my
stuffed little charging area one of two ACS
this is my living room I have a sofa have a cute little pillow
little tv I it’s a pretty small place it’s 33 square meters so I kind of don’t
have a lot of room but for one person it’s not too bad here you put my TV and
on to the bedroom where the second a/c unit is located kind of made my bed
today cuz I knew I was doing a video just have a little closet or a wardrobe
place to store my luggage fan all that good stuff of course there’s a washroom
have a full-size shower toilet a sink it’s not a big place but it is my place
I’m on the second floor this is my view so let’s get down to money
you saw my place not a whole lot to it but it’s I like it I’m comfortable here
but let’s get down to how much things cost monthly my rent is 6500 baht a
month which comes out to be roughly around 200 US dollars my internet is 600
baht a month and I get 40 download 20 upload and I pay 600 baht and that is
roughly $18 a month I don’t run desi a lot even if it’s you know somewhat hot
I’m usually good with the fan or having windows open but last month I ran desi a
lot because it was really really hot I paid around 500 baht which is 15 dollars
so last month electricity bills 15 bucks and that’s running the air-conditioned
TV computer and all that good stuff the water is a flat rate here and that is 60
baht a month which is roughly $2 you so this is what you can get in Chiang
Mai Thailand so why don’t we end the video I’ll show some footage I took up
my motorbike earlier today I mounted a GoPro on top of my helmet you can see
just like in my general area so please like please subscribe I’d appreciate the
subscription right now I think I’m at 18 subscribers I would say maybe 16 of
those people are friends and family and one of them’s me and the one I have no
idea who it is I appreciate it and I appreciate if you guys will subscribe so
onto the footage of me riding around beautiful Chiang Mai Thailand pace
putting the GoPro on the helmet take my beautiful bike out for a spin in my area go to my favorite restaurant Oh it’s closed it’s Thursday hey yeah it’s another good restaurant actually I think my motorbike might be
the child of this car see the resemblance favorite Japanese restaurant Shanghai
shit or 69 very delicious not very expensive very
good service I love it Big C
