AAR Buyer Advisory – Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale Area Real Estate Agent/REALTOR

– Hi everybody. I’m Chris Mohr from WestUSA Realty. Welcome back to my video blog, Real Estate and MOHR. Today I’m gonna be telling you about the AAR buyer’s advisory. And then in tip time, we’re gonna have Brian Lang from BPG Home Inspections. And then in the “and MOHR” segment we’re gonna see how Jessica gets herself out of a screwy situation. So hang around. Check that out. Let’s get started. Okay so on day one when I meet with a buyer, the first thing I do is give them one of my buyer’s information packages. And in there is this document. It’s the Arizona Association
of Realtors Buyer’s Advisory. It’s a 13 page document. It has information about
every possible topic you could think of as a buyer that you might have questions on. What’s great is you can
go online to aaronline.com and you can download it for a hard copy or you can also use it live and it has links, live links that you can get additional
information on these topics. It is a fantastic tool
for every potential buyer. I strongly advise that you go and you check it out. Okay great. Next for tip time we have Brian Lang from BPG Home Inspections. – Hello, Brian Lang BPG Home Inspection and welcome to the home
inspection tip of the week. This week it’s termite talk. What’s the biggest story we always talk about in the industry? There’s two types of homes: those with termites and those that are gonna get termites. So here’s your tip. Every month I want you to walk around and look at the perimeter wall and look for those little dirt tubes that can come up from the foundation. Also check your garage. After big rain storms,
termites like to migrate. So keep an eye on those stem walls after big rain storms. Thank you. This is Brian Lang BBG Home Inspection. – Thanks, Brian. Okay now let’s see what Jessica’s up to in our “and MOHR” segment. – So I found this bench and I’m gonna refinish it. And I need to take the legs off. As you can see here, the screws are stripped. So I saved the rubber band that came on the bunch of asparagus that I bought earlier this week. And I’m gonna take that rubber band, stick the screwdriver in it, line it up with the screw, and then out it comes. Easy peasy. So next time you have a stripped screw find a rubber band and you’re good as gold. – Thanks, Jessica. Wow. 35 years of home projects
and I just learned that now. That’s a bummer. Hey listen everybody. Just want to remind you that I don’t put any time
sensitive information on my blogs, outdated information that
really isn’t relevant by the time you check out this video. I believe that when your
time comes to make your move, you’re gonna want current information about your situation, your neighborhood. So I appreciate if at that
time you give me a call and I’d be happy to give you the personal service and
time that you deserve. Thanks for tuning in and please share this video with your friends, family, and co-workers who might appreciate the information. Oh yeah. And please also like and subscribe to catch my future videos. I appreciate that very much. We’ll see you next time. Thank you. Bye.
