70 – WordPress Contact Form Using RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software

This video shows how to use a “Contact Me”
form to send your new leads straight into RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software. I’ll walk through adding a “Contact Me” form
to my WordPress website. I’ll navigate to the dashboard for my WordPress
site and click on the “Add” button to the right of the “Blog Posts” section. I’ll give my post a title of “Get in touch
with me”. Next, I’ll click on the “@” sign on the right-hand
side of the toolbar to add a contact form. There are more sophisticated Contact Forms
that are possible, but today I am going to just use the basic layout. I’ll add a field using the “Add New Field”
button at the bottom of the form. With the default fields that WordPress gives me, I’ll rename the fields to match up with the field names in RealtyJuggler. This step is important because RealtyJuggler
won’t know which field is which without these labels. The field names that I need are listed in
the Email feed instructions. I’ll bring these instructions up by signing
into RealtyJuggler, clicking on the “Settings” icon and then the “Email Feed” icon. The instructions are here after I click on
this link. I’ll scroll down and here are those field
names. I’ll set the “Name” and “EMail” fields as
“Required” and leave the rest as Optional. That way, I’ll always get the name and email address and the other fields may or may not be filled in, depending on how much my prospect
wants to share with me. For the Website field, I’ll change the field
label to “Address” and set the “Field Type” to text. I’ll also add fields of: “City”, “State” and
“Postal Code” for a complete address. I’ll add a “Home Phone” field and leave the
“Field Type” as “Text”. I could add more fields, but for now I want
to keep it simple. Now that the form fields are looking good,
I’ll add my Email Feed email address. When this form is filled in, the email will
be sent to my Email Feed email address. That’s the email address that is listed at
Main:Settings:Email Feed. To do that, I’ll click on the “Settings” tab
at the top of the form and enter the Email Feed email address. For the subject line, I am going to write
“New WordPress Prospect”. That way I’ll know where the lead came from. Now that I have everything configured, I’ll
click the blue “Insert” button at the button of the form, and then click on the “Publish”
button to the left. I’ll then click the “View Post” button in
the upper right-hand corner. Let’s test my new “Contact Me” form. I’ll enter “Jack Smith” and his contact information. When testing, make sure that the email address
you enter for the contact is not the same email address that you have for your RealtyJuggler
account. Realtyjuggler knows that you can’t be your
own lead and will filter out leads that use your own email address. I’ll click “Submit”, and wait a few seconds. I’ll check my email, and I can see the email
from RealtyJuggler confirming my new record. I can see my new Prospect by going to “Main:Prospects”
in RealtyJuggler and I can see my record here. I’ll click into my record to see that all
my fields have been successfully imported and that all my Prospects information is also
stored in the notes field. For more information on how RealtyJuggler
