3 Video Marketing Tips for Real Estate Agents

– Can you actually use YouTube to grow you real estate business? The answer is absolutely
yes and in this video, I have three video marketing tips for how you can get more clients, close more homes, and build
your brand faster than ever. Coming up. (lens clicking) Hey, it’s Sean here with Think Media bringing you the best tips and tools for building your

consider subscribing. So recent stats showed that YouTube has over one point five billion
monthly active users that are consuming over an
hour of content per day. So, are your potential
customers on YouTube? Absolutely, that is a lot of people. But, the problem is, how do you actually reach them and position your videos and actually leverage
YouTube to grow your business or your real estate business? And we recently just did a training, all about how to 10X your
business, leveraging YouTube. And in this clip we talk about
a few tips for real estate plus a really cool case study
that has a lot of insights for you. So let’s cut over to
the training right now. So we’ve talked about the mindsets, we’ve talked about the machine, now let’s just talk about
a couple 10X methods. And the first one is the
local search strategy. The local search strategy. One of our power questions
is what search terms is your target audience typing in YouTube. So here’s a case study
in the real estate niche and this is Steve Penate, he’s
part of our advanced course, and he, you know you type in
Phoenix, Arizona real estate, which of course is his goal, as a real estate agent
in Phoenix, Arizona. He ranks #1. Preeminent in his space. Getting traffic, getting awareness. So what’s cool is using
this local search strategy, he teaches some value in
the video, and then he has ways to, you know, people
to reach out to him. A couple tips here. Number one, definitely
the title and the tags. The way you title the video,
the way you tag the video should be related to that
question we just asked. What is your target
audience searching for. The 2nd is share valuable content. This is a chance, especially
is for a real estate agent. You’re gonna do business
with somebody you know, you gotta get to know ’em, that you like. And that you ultimately trust. And what’s a way to do that? Adding value in advance,
adding free value, helping people get results
before they ever even do business with you. And then, you give a
call to action to go to the next step. You can text him or call him or email him, or he sends people to his website. But he gets people signing, you know, filling out his contact forms. Remember, you’re just
one ranked video away. And here’s what’s interesting,
there’s a huge YouTube myth that says that you need to
have a large YouTube channel for this to work. Steve is still just starting on YouTube. And his channel has 322
subscribers, yet that video had almost 3,000 views. So he has a break out
video, and what’s cool is, especially in his thing, he
doesn’t need tons of traffic. He just needs one person,
10 people, to see it. Because if you’re gonna sell
a house, that’s a good payday for your month. Steve is just crushing it,
closing lots of houses, helping a lot of people,
and he sent me this message recently, he said, Sean,

channel and the success I’ve had in real estate, I was asked to speak at a real estate conference
with big real estate coaches about marketing,
social media in real estate in today’s culture. Boom! That’s what we’re talking about, right. Can YouTube position you
with celebrity authority, celebrity credibility,
lead to press and media speaking engagements, absolutely. And you don’t need a
huge audience to do it. It’s really cool. So I hope that those video

But as it grows and more and more people look on YouTube for properties & agents, it might bring in the business so its totally worth it either way.

Great video, I'm a photographer and videographer and have been trying to break into real estate photography in my area. ย Honestly what they have going on in this area just sucks, it is no where up to a high standard, even with $500,000 homes the agents are just going in and taking snapshots and posting them. ย I'm hoping with the lessons I am learning here and on other channels here on youtube that I am going to swoop in and crush this market with my skills. ;0)
